- In Mozilla Firefox, find the TOOLS command on the top left of the browser window and select CLEAR PRIVATE DATA. Screenshot
- In the Clear Private Data Window, place a check in the CACHE, COOKIES, and AUTHETICATED SESSION boxes. Then select CLEAR PRIVATE DATA NOW. Screenshot
