Internet Explorer

1. In Internet Explorer, to delete your cookies and cache, select the TOOLS command from the top left menu; from the drop down menu select INTERNET OPTIONS. Screenshot
2. In the Internet Options Window, find BROWSING HISTORY and click on DELETE... Screenshot
3. In the Delete Browsing History Window, select DELETE FILES and DELETE COOKIES. Screenshot
4. After you have deleted those two options, select close in the Delete Browsing History Window, to close it and OK in the Internet Options Window to close that.
