Q: I get a message saying my account is maxed out. Why?
A: You are only allowed to have one user using this account. If you have multiple users using this account, this could be your problem. If you are the only user using this account and you are still getting this message, it could be that you have maxed out your allowance of how many number of times you can log in on a given day, which, in case point, is five times total; the only avenue of fixing this problem is to wait that allowed time of twenty-four hours so that your login pass can be reset.
Q: I get stuck in an endless loop when trying to login. Why?
A: This is because there is a problem with your browser's cookie settings. Usually session cookies are not enabled. Another issue could be that your computer's firewall is inhibiting the scripts that are needed in order to make the login process go through, if that is the case, the prefered action would be to temporarally turn off your firewall in order to login and view the Electronic Edition. Another method is to enable the firewall to TRUST the script. To do this consult your firewall's documentation or help menu.
Q: I am still not able to login to my electronic edition even though I've already subscribed and waited the allocated time. What is happening and how do I fix this?
A: As explained before, it, more than likely, is a problem with your browser's cookie settings not being able to pick up the session cookies. You need to enable that attribute in order to view the paper online. Another, more extreme, option to correct this is to total trash your browser's cookies and cache, note however that, in this case, your passwords and web history will more than likely be trashed as well. To do this consult the pop links below and the pictured step by steps that follow. Just select your browser.
Browsers: Internet Explorer, Mozilla FireFox, Netscape Navigator, Safari
